Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawals, restriction of account functionality, or account closure. Account Closure by the Player

Game Rules & Fair Play

Game Rules, RNG Certification, and Fair Play Standards

Account Suspension & Termination

Where an account is closed by ky99 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held and released to the player upon satisfactory conclusion of the investigation if no breach is confirmed.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Platform Content and Materials

The ky99 brand name and logo are trademarks of ky99. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the ky99 name, logo, or any other trademark displayed on the platform.

Game content displayed on the ky99 platform is owned by the respective third-party game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
